We invited our beautiful Melbourne customers to experience a restorative breathwork and sound healing class, led by @tanyaalijani, centred around Charlotte’s personal mantra “Everything you are is enough.” A message Charlotte received during a sound healing session in Hong Kong one she didn’t know she needed at the time and one that has since guided her through her own struggles with self-love and anxiety. Wanting to share this empowering message with our community, the class invited our guests to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves, embracing self-acceptance and power of connection to self.
